About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain data integration pipelines using HL7 and FHIR standards to enable secure health data exchange.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data quality metrics, perform data profiling, and enforce governance policies.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and scripts for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
- Support data analytics initiatives by providing clean, well‑documented datasets for research and AI projects.
- Document data models, integration workflows, and troubleshooting procedures for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in health information management or data integration within healthcare.
- Proficiency with HL7 v2/v3, FHIR, and related interoperability standards.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with data governance, privacy regulations (HIPAA), and secure data handling practices.
