Software Engineer
Lead construction execution for a global data center fleet, driving project delivery, cost control, and safety while collaborating with engineering, operations, and sustainability teams to ensure high‑performance, scalable facilities.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end construction execution for data center projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, operations, sustainability) to align design intent with construction realities.
- Implement and enforce safety, quality, and environmental standards across all construction sites.
- Manage subcontractor selection, performance, and contractual obligations.
- Track project metrics, provide status reporting, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of construction management experience in large‑scale data center or high‑tech facilities.
- Proficiency in BIM, scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project), and cost‑control systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Knowledge of LEED or other sustainability certifications is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to multiple sites.
