Lead the design and scaling of architecture and engineering governance, embedding AI‑driven and agentic SDLC controls into delivery workflows to ensure robust, compliant, and innovative software delivery across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Translate enterprise architecture and governance frameworks into actionable, measurable practices that guide engineering teams.
- Design, implement, and evolve AI‑driven and agentic SDLC controls, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into daily development workflows.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and security teams to embed AI governance guardrails and compliance requirements into architecture decisions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging metrics and feedback to refine governance processes and tooling.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on architecture standards, providing guidance and mentorship across multiple engineering domains.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, engineering governance, or related roles.
- Deep understanding of AI technologies, agentic systems, and their impact on software development lifecycles.
- Proven track record of designing and scaling governance frameworks in large, regulated environments.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and modern DevOps practices is a plus.
