Software Engineer
Lead the design and deployment of AI solutions for next‑generation aerospace engines, leveraging Python, deep learning, and AWS to build scalable, high‑performance models that drive operational excellence.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end AI pipelines for engine performance prediction and predictive maintenance.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to translate business requirements into robust ML models.
- Design and implement scalable model training, validation, and deployment workflows on AWS.
- Establish MLOps practices, including CI/CD, monitoring, and model governance.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace safety and regulatory standards throughout the AI lifecycle.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with strong AI/ML focus.
- 5+ years of experience building production‑grade ML solutions in a regulated industry.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud services (AWS).
- Hands‑on experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, SageMaker).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a global team.
