Software Engineer
Lead the design and delivery of scalable AI/ML services using Python and Node.js on AWS, driving health‑tech innovation and improving patient outcomes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high‑throughput, fault‑tolerant microservices in Python and Node.js that support AI/ML pipelines for health data analytics.
- Design data models, APIs, and integration patterns that enable real‑time insights across pharmacy, care, and benefit platforms.
- Collaborate with data scientists to operationalize machine learning models, ensuring reproducibility, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Implement security, compliance, and governance controls in line with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR).
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in cloud architecture and DevOps.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production‑grade services in Python and Node.js.
- Strong background in AI/ML engineering, model deployment, and performance tuning.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, SageMaker, RDS).
- Proficiency in containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
