Responsibilities:
- Leading the strategic development and execution of enterprise-wide software programs, ensuring they align with overarching business objectives
- Fostering collaboration with the enterprise architecture team to design and implement the most effective solutions for advanced business needs
- Guaranteeing the delivery of well-engineered, operable, and maintainable solutions in accordance with projected timelines
- Establishing and advocating for best practices in coding standards, object-oriented design, and platform-specific architectural concerns
- Overseeing the documentation and tracking of requirements for significant enterprise development projects and strategic enhancements
- Scanning and integrating current and future technological trends to advance organizational projects and system architectures
- Mentoring team members in cutting-edge technologies and implementation architecture, enhancing team expertise and project outcomes
- Driving the system implementation strategy, participating in key forums and meetings to align technological solutions with business processes
- Leading architectural efforts on projects, ensuring a consistent and comprehensive design approach from inception to minimize re-work
- Championing innovation, fostering an environment conducive to creative problem-solving, and contributing to intellectual property through patents
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
