AR Accounting Analyst responsible for managing accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate invoicing, collections, and financial reporting using Excel and SAP. Focus on data integrity, reconciliation, and stakeholder communication.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Generate and analyze aging reports, identify delinquent accounts, and coordinate collection efforts.
- Maintain and update customer master data in SAP, ensuring data integrity.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules for management review.
- Collaborate with sales, billing, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related finance role.
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
