Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for system development.
- Apply process management techniques to optimise existing workflows and support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional agile teams to design, develop, test and deploy system enhancements.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, manage expectations and ensure solutions meet organisational objectives.
- Maintain documentation, conduct impact assessments and support post‑implementation reviews.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis and systems design within an agile framework.
- Strong knowledge of process management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in information technology, business or related fields.
