Job Description:

As an AppSheet Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance, maintenance, and support to our clients' AppSheet-based applications. You will collaborate with developers and end-users to ensure optimal performance, data accuracy, and usability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing AppSheet applications
• Support end-users with technical issues related to AppSheet and Google Sheets integration
• Provide recommendations for improvements and automation
• Assist in deploying updates, testing new features, and ensuring data reliability
• Document issues, resolutions, and changes in workflows
• Collaborate with team members and clients to understand requirements and deliver effective support

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in AppSheet development and technical support
• Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and data structure logic
• Analytical thinker and problem-solver with strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience working with international clients is a plus
