Software Engineer

About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain software licenses for engineering applications, tracking usage, renewals, and compliance.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Windows Server and Active Directory services supporting mission‑critical tools.
- Develop and execute PowerShell scripts to automate license provisioning, de‑provisioning, and reporting.
- Collaborate with engineering and security teams to ensure application availability, performance, and adherence to ITIL processes.
- Provide tier‑2 support for end‑users, resolve access issues, and maintain documentation of procedures and configurations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Systems Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience managing Windows Server, Active Directory, and software license compliance.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
- Knowledge of ITIL service management practices and ability to work in a secure, classified environment.
- U.S. citizenship required.
