About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Invent and prototype state‑of‑the‑art machine learning models and domain‑specific algorithms that address real customer challenges.

- Lead end‑to‑end model development, from data exploration and feature engineering to training, validation, and deployment at scale.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation, benchmark new approaches, and iterate rapidly to improve model performance and reliability.
- Document research, methodologies, and results to enable knowledge sharing and future innovation.
Requirements
- Strong background in machine learning, data science, and applied research with proven experience delivering production models.
- Proficiency in Python and related ML libraries (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Hands‑on experience with model deployment pipelines, cloud platforms, and scalable infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
