Software Engineer
Develop and deploy AI agents that automate recruiting workflows, evaluate candidate voice data, and improve talent acquisition accuracy using machine learning, NLP, and cloud services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and productionize AI agents that assess candidate interactions, voice signals, and assessment data to improve hiring decisions.
- Develop end‑to‑end machine‑learning pipelines, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, and real‑time inference on AWS.
- Apply natural language processing and deep‑learning techniques to extract insights from textual and audio candidate inputs.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to define metrics, run experiments, and iterate on model performance.
- Ensure models are fair, transparent, and compliant with privacy and bias‑mitigation standards.
Requirements
- Ph.D. or Master’s in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field with 5+ years of applied research experience.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or MXNet.
- Hands‑on experience building NLP or speech‑processing models and deploying them at scale on AWS.
- Strong background in statistical modeling, experimental design, and evaluation of model bias and fairness.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to cross‑functional teams.
