Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and productionize AI agents that assess candidate interactions, voice signals, and assessment data to improve hiring decisions.
• Develop end‑to‑end machine‑learning pipelines, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, and real‑time inference on AWS.
• Apply natural language processing and deep‑learning techniques to extract insights from textual and audio candidate inputs.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to define metrics, run experiments, and iterate on model performance.
• Ensure models are fair, transparent, and compliant with privacy and bias‑mitigation standards.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or Master’s in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field with 5+ years of applied research experience.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or MXNet.
• Hands‑on experience building NLP or speech‑processing models and deploying them at scale on AWS.
• Strong background in statistical modeling, experimental design, and evaluation of model bias and fairness.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to cross‑functional teams.
