About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and deploy end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines for recruiting AI agents, focusing on NLP, dialogue systems, and voice analytics.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into data‑driven solutions that improve candidate experience and hiring efficiency.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation, A/B testing, and performance evaluation of models in production environments.
- Publish research findings and contribute to the broader AI community through conferences and technical blogs.
- Mentor junior scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Requirements
- Ph.D. or Master’s in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 5+ years of industry experience.
- Proven expertise in NLP, deep learning, and large‑scale ML deployment on AWS.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Track record of publishing high‑impact research or delivering production‑grade AI solutions.
