Software Engineer
Lead the design and deployment of AI agents that transform recruiting workflows, leveraging Python, NLP, and deep learning on AWS to scale candidate assessment and voice analytics for a global talent acquisition platform.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and production‑grade AI agents that automate candidate screening, interview scheduling, and voice‑based assessment at scale.
- Develop and refine NLP models for intent detection, sentiment analysis, and candidate voice profiling using deep learning frameworks.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineering teams to integrate models into the Intelligent Talent Acquisition platform on AWS.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation, A/B testing, and performance monitoring to ensure fairness, precision, and compliance with internal standards.
- Document model architecture, training pipelines, and evaluation metrics for reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (PhD or MS) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience building production‑ready ML/NLP systems, preferably in a large‑scale SaaS or recruiting environment.
- Proficiency in Python, deep learning libraries (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, S3).
- Strong background in NLP techniques such as transformer models, sequence labeling, and speech‑to‑text pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to cross‑functional stakeholders.
