About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and production‑grade machine learning models to power AI recruiting agents and candidate voice analytics.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define problem statements, data requirements, and success metrics.
- Implement end‑to‑end pipelines using Python, AWS services, and deep learning frameworks.
- Validate model performance, conduct bias audits, and iterate to improve accuracy and fairness.
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear visualizations and technical documentation.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field with 3+ years of applied ML experience.
- Proficiency in Python, deep learning libraries (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and NLP techniques.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, S3, Glue).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business problems into data‑driven solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
