About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and evaluate large language models and agentic AI components for real‑time banking applications.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate research findings into production systems.
- Conduct rigorous experiments, analyze results, and publish insights in internal and external venues.
- Develop scalable pipelines for data ingestion, model training, and deployment using cloud platforms.
- Advise on best practices for model safety, bias mitigation, and explainability.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Python and machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Experience with NLP, large language models, and reinforcement learning techniques.
- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for model training and deployment.
