About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement experiments to finetune large language models for domain‑specific banking applications.
- Develop reinforcement learning pipelines to optimize model responses and improve user interactions.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
- Analyze model performance, conduct bias and fairness assessments, and iterate on architecture.
- Document research findings and present insights to cross‑functional teams.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Hands‑on experience with large language models, finetuning techniques, and RL‑based optimization.
- Solid understanding of natural language processing concepts and evaluation metrics.
