ML Engineer
Lead the design and production of scalable, advanced ML solutions, including NLP, speech, recommendation, and generative AI systems, driving LLM-powered RAG and agentic AI capabilities.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement production‑grade machine learning pipelines for NLP, speech recognition, recommendation, and information retrieval applications.
- Design, prototype, and deploy large‑language‑model (LLM) powered systems, including Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and agentic AI solutions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable ML models and evaluate performance in real‑world settings.
- Lead model monitoring, bias mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure reliability and compliance.
- Mentor junior data scientists and share best practices for model development, deployment, and maintenance.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (PhD or Master’s) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience building and deploying production ML systems, with strong expertise in NLP and speech technologies.
- Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and cloud ML platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Hands‑on experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and generative AI pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to lead technical initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
