Research Engineer
Lead research on AI-driven security analysis, leveraging machine learning and advanced static analysis tools such as Angr, AFL++, and ASan to uncover vulnerabilities and enhance application protection.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning models to detect and predict software vulnerabilities in large codebases.
- Integrate and extend static analysis frameworks (Angr, AFL++, ASan) for automated security testing.
- Conduct rigorous research on novel AI techniques for threat detection and mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into production-ready security solutions.
- Publish technical papers and present at industry conferences.
Requirements
- PhD or Master’s in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field with focus on AI or static analysis.
- Proven experience in developing ML models for security or vulnerability detection.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with C/C++ for low-level analysis.
- Hands‑on experience with Angr, AFL++, and ASan or similar tools.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of publishing research.
