Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop end‑to‑end AI/ML solutions for image classification, text categorization, and data extraction from scanned TIF documents.
• Design and implement CRNN‑based computer vision pipelines for document type identification, page‑level categorization, and visual feature extraction.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate models into production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Evaluate model performance, conduct A/B testing, and iterate on algorithms to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Document best practices, maintain code quality, and mentor junior data scientists.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Proven expertise in computer vision, especially CRNN architectures and OCR technologies.
• Hands‑on experience deploying ML models in production, preferably on cloud platforms.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Effective communication skills for cross‑team collaboration.
