Software Engineer
Lead the design and delivery of data foundations for conversational analytics and AI‑assisted experiences, defining standards, building prototypes, and scaling production‑ready solutions across the enterprise.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement practical standards and patterns that make data discoverable, interpretable, and safe for large‑scale conversational AI use cases.
- Partner with data product owners and engineering teams to prototype and ship production‑ready data pipelines and services supporting NLP and agentic AI applications.
- Develop measurable scorecards and executive dashboards to track data readiness, quality, and impact on AI initiatives.
- Drive data governance, security, and compliance frameworks to ensure responsible AI deployment across the organization.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering best practices in model training, feature engineering, and cloud infrastructure.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building data platforms for machine learning or NLP workloads, preferably in a financial services environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, data engineering tools (e.g., Spark, Airflow), and cloud services such as AWS.
- Deep understanding of machine learning pipelines, model lifecycle management, and conversational AI technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to design data governance, security, and compliance solutions at scale.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into executive‑level updates and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
