About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and evaluate cutting‑edge machine learning models to drive gameplay and narrative systems.
- Collaborate with game designers, artists, and engineers to integrate AI solutions into production pipelines.
- Conduct research on reinforcement learning, generative models, and data‑driven content creation.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover player behavior patterns and inform model improvements.
- Publish findings in internal technical reports and external conferences or journals.
Requirements
- Ph.D. or Master’s in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with strong research background.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with reinforcement learning, generative modeling, or similar AI techniques.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to translate research into production‑ready solutions.
