About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain production‑grade backend services that power AI/LLM features for millions of users.
- Implement and integrate AI agents, skills, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) components into existing platforms.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure for cost efficiency and high‑performance compute.
- Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate deployments using Kubernetes, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate research prototypes into robust, production‑ready systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of backend or distributed systems development experience, with strong Python proficiency.
- Hands‑on experience shipping AI/LLM features at scale, not just demos.
- Working knowledge of at least one secondary language such as Go, TypeScript, or Rust.
- Deep familiarity with cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) and cost‑optimized compute decisions.
- Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes for building, debugging, and scaling services.
