About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and fine‑tune large language model pipelines and autonomous agents for clinical decision support and patient interaction.
- Integrate AI components with genomics, imaging, and biomarker data to deliver personalized health insights.
- Build scalable, production‑ready services on AWS using Docker and serverless or container orchestration technologies.
- Collaborate with data scientists, clinicians, and product teams to translate research prototypes into robust, HIPAA‑compliant applications.
- Establish MLOps best practices, including model monitoring, versioning, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on large language models and generative AI.
- Proficiency in Python and deep‑learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Hands‑on experience building LLM‑based agents or conversational systems using tools like LangChain or similar.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes or serverless).
- Demonstrated ability to work with healthcare data, ensuring compliance with privacy and security standards.
