About the Role
We are looking for an Applied AI Engineer to help build and maintain production-grade AI systems across voice, messaging, workflow automation, and internal tooling.
Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered applications using LLMs and agentic workflows
- Develop backend systems and APIs for AI products and automations
- Integrate OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar APIs into production systems
- Build RAG pipelines and internal AI tools
- Improve system reliability, latency, scalability, and observability
- Collaborate closely with product and operations teams
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of software engineering experience
- 1+ year building AI/LLM-powered applications
- Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript/Node.js
- Experience deploying production applications
- Familiarity with:
- LLM APIs
- RAG systems
- vector databases
- cloud infrastructure
- REST APIs
- CI/CD workflows
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain/LangGraph, Supabase, Redis, Docker, or AWS/GCP
- Experience building conversational or voice AI systems
- Startup experience and strong product mindset
- Interest in real estate and operational workflows
