AI Engineer
Develop and operationalize AI/ML models on large structured and unstructured datasets, building scalable, resilient distributed systems while collaborating with analytics and data teams to deliver actionable insights.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models that process both structured and unstructured data at scale.
- Build and maintain resilient, observable distributed systems to support model training, inference, and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with analytics, data engineering, and product teams to define goals, data requirements, and evaluation metrics.
- Validate model performance, conduct root‑cause analysis, and iterate on improvements.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure production reliability and compliance.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit‑learn.
- Hands‑on experience building scalable distributed systems and data pipelines, preferably on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, model evaluation, and deployment strategies.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate technical results to non‑technical stakeholders.
