About the role

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy agent‑based AI systems to orchestrate and optimize simulation workflows within CAE platforms.
Collaborate with simulation engineers, software teams, and data scientists to translate domain requirements into scalable AI solutions.
Implement machine learning models and data pipelines that ingest, process, and analyze large‑scale simulation data for decision support.
Integrate AI components with existing data platforms, ensuring robust data governance and performance.
Continuously evaluate and improve system accuracy, efficiency, and reliability through experimentation and feedback loops.

Requirements

Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
Hands‑on experience with CAE tools and simulation engineering concepts.
Proficiency in designing and deploying agent‑based systems and data pipelines.
Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
Experience with cloud or on‑prem data platforms and version control (Git).
