Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI and machine learning solutions, ensuring reliability, security, and governance across enterprise systems.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain end‑to‑end AI pipelines that meet business objectives and technical standards.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product owners, and engineering teams to translate business problems into robust AI models.
- Implement model training, validation, and deployment workflows on cloud platforms, primarily AWS.
- Ensure model performance, security, and compliance with internal governance and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical mentorship and knowledge transfer to cross‑functional teams.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Hands‑on experience deploying models to production using cloud services (AWS SageMaker, ECS, Lambda).
- Solid understanding of data engineering concepts, data pipelines, and version control.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex ideas to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with model monitoring, explainability, and governance frameworks is a plus.
