About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business problems into AI solutions.
- Develop and maintain production‑grade code in Python, ensuring reproducibility and performance.
- Architect cloud‑native solutions on AWS/GCP, leveraging managed services for data storage, compute, and monitoring.
- Lead AI enablement initiatives, providing training, best‑practice guidelines, and toolkits to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in applied AI/ML engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, data manipulation libraries (pandas, NumPy), and ML frameworks (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and CI/CD for ML workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor non‑technical teams.
- Proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
