About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI/ML strategy for Markets Operations, aligning technical roadmaps with business objectives.
- Architect, develop, and deploy scalable machine‑learning models and pipelines on cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with operations, product, and engineering stakeholders to translate business problems into data‑driven solutions.
- Mentor and grow a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts.
- Establish best practices for model monitoring, governance, and continuous improvement to ensure reliability and compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience building and productionizing AI/ML solutions, preferably in financial services.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with deep‑learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proficiency with cloud services (AWS) and big‑data processing tools (Spark, SQL).
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with MLOps practices, model governance, and performance monitoring in a regulated environment.
