Techwurkz is seeking experienced Applications Support Engineers for a leading global technology organization. This role focuses on providing frontline technical support, troubleshooting enterprise applications, and ensuring seamless user experiences across business-critical systems.

Position Details ✔ End Client Profile: Leading Global Technology Organization ✔ Role: Applications Support Engineer ✔ Experience: 2–4 Years ✔ Location: Bangalore (Currently Remote) ✔ Shift: Night Shift (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM IST) ✔ Employment Type: Full-time ✔ Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

What You'll Do ✔ Troubleshoot and resolve issues across enterprise applications and CRM platforms. ✔ Triage support tickets and drive issues to resolution within SLA timelines. ✔ Support Salesforce, partner portals, and internal business applications. ✔ Provision user access and resolve application configuration issues. ✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate root causes and implement improvements. ✔ Document technical issues, resolutions, and support activities.

What We're Looking For ✔ 2–4 years of technical application support experience. ✔ Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Administration. ✔ Good understanding of cloud applications, web technologies, and CRM platforms. ✔ SQL knowledge preferred; CPQ/CLM exposure is an advantage. ✔ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer support skills. ✔ Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
