About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve production incidents affecting the SaaS platform, ensuring minimal downtime for customers.
- Analyze and optimize complex SQL queries and database performance across multi‑tenant environments.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to reproduce, document, and fix bugs.
- Provide technical guidance and training to customers on best practices for data usage and platform features.
- Maintain detailed incident reports, root‑cause analyses, and knowledge base articles.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in application support or technical operations for SaaS products.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database administration.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (RDS, EC2, CloudWatch).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
