About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a software detective, investigating and resolving incidents across the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform and related business systems.
- Perform root‑cause analysis, develop workarounds, and implement permanent fixes to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and business stakeholders to prioritize and track issue resolution.
- Document solutions, update knowledge bases, and provide end‑user training as needed.
- Participate in on‑call rotations and 24/7 support cycles to ensure continuous service availability.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in application support or technical operations.
- Strong functional knowledge of the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform.
- Proficient troubleshooting skills with a systematic approach to problem resolution.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
