About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze fleet‑wide data from APAC Powerwall installations to identify performance trends and root causes of issues.
- Develop and deploy data‑driven solutions that improve reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technical support, software, and firmware teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex system problems.
- Work closely with energy partners to integrate distributed energy resources into the Virtual Power Plant architecture.
- Document findings, create technical reports, and present insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of distributed energy resources, power systems, and firmware development.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience in a fast‑paced, product‑driven environment is a plus.
