About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of new safety products from concept through to final design.
- Create detailed CAD models and technical drawings for prototypes and production parts.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate functional solutions that meet safety standards and brand values.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and design reviews to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Iterate designs based on testing feedback, customer requirements, and manufacturing constraints.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
- Proven experience in product development, prototyping, and CAD (SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar).
- Strong understanding of safety engineering principles and relevant standards.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Effective communication skills for presenting design concepts to stakeholders.
