Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for personal computers, network infrastructure, and mainframe client servers.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues for end‑users.
- Maintain and update Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization environments.
- Configure and manage Active Directory, group policies, and user accounts.
- Develop and deliver training sessions on system usage, security best practices, and new technologies.
- Lead and mentor junior IT Specialists, ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive IT support experience.
