About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and design end‑to‑end Appian BPM solutions, ensuring scalability, performance and security.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of developers, analysts and testers in Agile sprints, delivering high‑quality releases on schedule.
- Integrate Appian applications with external systems (REST, SOAP, JMS, database) and third‑party services.
- Mentor team members on Appian best practices, coding standards and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and provide status updates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Appian development and architecture.
- Strong Java programming skills and familiarity with SQL databases.
- Hands‑on experience with BPM concepts, process modeling and workflow automation.
- Proven track record leading Agile teams and delivering complex projects.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving and stakeholder management abilities.
