About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the technical authority on AWS Analytics services, guiding customers through the design and implementation of scalable data lakes and analytics pipelines.
- Architect and deliver end‑to‑end solutions using Amazon Redshift, Athena, EMR, Glue, MSK, and OpenSearch, ensuring performance, security, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into robust data models, ETL workflows, and real‑time streaming architectures.
- Provide hands‑on support and best‑practice recommendations for data ingestion, transformation, cataloging, and governance.
- Lead technical workshops, demos, and proof‑of‑concepts to showcase the value of AWS analytics services to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and deploying large‑scale analytics solutions on AWS.
- Deep expertise in Amazon Redshift, Athena, EMR, Glue, MSK, and OpenSearch Service.
- Strong background in data modeling, ETL/ELT design, and real‑time streaming architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Proven track record of delivering customer‑centric solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
