Lead the design and enforcement of analytics architecture, ensuring audit readiness, robust data quality rules, and comprehensive data governance to support enterprise data assurance initiatives.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the analytics architecture framework, aligning with enterprise data strategy and compliance requirements.
- Design and implement data quality rules and validation processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across analytics datasets.
- Lead audit readiness efforts, preparing documentation, evidence, and controls for internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with data stewards, data scientists, and business stakeholders to enforce data governance policies and standards.
- Monitor and report on data assurance metrics, identifying gaps and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data governance, analytics architecture, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of data quality frameworks, audit processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in designing data models, metadata management, and data lineage tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with data governance platforms (e.g., Collibra, Informatica) and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
