About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of analytics engineers, driving best practices in data pipeline design, testing, and deployment.
- Architect and maintain scalable data pipelines and data models that support advanced analytics and reporting.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate analytical requirements into robust, production‑ready solutions.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security across all data assets, leveraging AWS services and data warehousing best practices.
- Champion continuous improvement, automation, and the adoption of new technologies to enhance data delivery and insight generation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering or data engineering roles, with proven leadership experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud data platforms (AWS, Redshift, Snowflake).
- Hands‑on experience building and optimizing data pipelines, data models, and BI dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Passion for data quality, governance, and continuous improvement.
