About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end data pipelines that ingest, clean, and transform talent acquisition data from multiple sources.
- Implement data models and ELT workflows using dbt and Airflow to support real‑time and batch reporting.
- Create and optimize interactive dashboards and visualizations in Looker to enable data‑driven hiring decisions.
- Collaborate with recruiting, HR, and product teams to define metrics, ensure data quality, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Monitor pipeline performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve reliability and scalability on AWS.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building data pipelines and analytical solutions, preferably in HR or talent acquisition domains.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Hands‑on experience with dbt, Airflow (or similar orchestration tools), and cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, warehouse design, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
