About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze end‑to‑end People programs (compensation, relocation, onboarding) to uncover inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and models using SQL and Python to support program metrics and dashboards.
- Collaborate with HR, engineering, and business leaders to translate analytical insights into actionable program changes.
- Develop and present compelling narratives and visualizations that communicate findings and influence decision‑making.
- Iterate on program design by instrumenting metrics, measuring impact, and refining strategies based on data.
Requirements
- Proven experience in analytics or data engineering within a People/HR context.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and modeling.
- Hands‑on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
