Data Engineer
Analytics Engineer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines and analytical models using SQL, Python, dbt, Snowflake, and Looker to support revenue cycle insights.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ELT processes in Snowflake using dbt and Python.
- Collaborate with product, finance, and operations teams to translate business requirements into robust data models and analytical solutions.
- Build and optimize Looker dashboards and explores to deliver actionable revenue cycle insights.
- Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and performance tuning to ensure reliable data delivery.
- Document data architecture, lineage, and best practices to support cross‑functional data literacy.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering, preferably in healthcare or finance.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and automation.
- Hands‑on experience with dbt for data transformation and Snowflake (or other cloud data warehouses).
- Proven ability to create and maintain Looker (or similar BI) dashboards and data models.
- Solid understanding of ETL/ELT concepts, data modeling, and data quality frameworks.
