Lead end‑to‑end analytics and AI initiatives, building predictive models, automated pipelines, and scalable data infrastructure to deliver actionable insights and measurable business outcomes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of analytics and AI solutions, from root‑cause diagnosis to deployment and impact measurement.
- Design, develop, and maintain predictive models, automated data pipelines, and intelligence layers that reduce manual effort and drive business decisions.
- Build and scale reliable data infrastructure, including robust pipelines, foundational data models, and comprehensive quality checks.
- Optimize the analytics intelligence layer to ensure automated, scheduled delivery of granular insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data engineering, analytics, and machine learning with strong Python and SQL skills.
- Hands‑on expertise with cloud platforms (AWS) and big data tools (Spark, Airflow).
- Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data quality best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience delivering production‑grade AI/ML solutions that impact business metrics.
