Analytics Engineer building scalable data pipelines and models on AWS and BigQuery, turning raw business data into actionable insights for CPG brands.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines that ingest, transform, and store large volumes of transactional and operational data.
- Build and optimize analytical data models in BigQuery, ensuring high performance and data integrity for downstream reporting.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Implement automated testing, monitoring, and documentation for all data assets.
- Leverage AWS services (S3, Glue, Redshift) to support data ingestion and processing workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a data or analytics engineer in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data modeling best practices.
- Hands‑on experience with BigQuery and AWS data services.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for clean, maintainable code.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
