About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust ETL processes to ingest, transform, and load healthcare data from multiple sources into a centralized data warehouse.
- Design, build, and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for reporting and analytics.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to support clinical, operational, and financial decision‑making.
- Collaborate with data scientists, business analysts, and stakeholders to define data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with healthcare regulations through rigorous testing and documentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics or BI development within a healthcare or large enterprise setting.
- Hands‑on experience with ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Informatica, or similar) and data warehousing best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non‑technical audiences.
