Software Engineer
Analytics Consultant driving data‑driven insights for global payments, leveraging SQL, Python, Tableau and machine learning to model, visualize and optimize transaction data for strategic decision‑making.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to define business questions and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Design, develop and maintain robust data models and ETL pipelines using SQL and Python.
- Build interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to uncover trends, detect anomalies and forecast outcomes.
- Document analytical processes, create reproducible workflows, and ensure data quality and governance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (pandas, scikit‑learn) and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to non‑technical audiences.
- Knowledge of payments or financial services domain is a plus.
