About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain data models and analytical pipelines to detect and prevent improper payments.
- Develop interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations for clinical and business stakeholders.
- Perform complex SQL queries and Python data transformations to extract actionable insights from large healthcare datasets.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define metrics, validate findings, and recommend process improvements.
- Document analytical methodologies, data lineage, and reporting standards to ensure reproducibility and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Health Informatics) or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with SQL and Python for data analysis in a healthcare or payment integrity context.
- Proficiency in Tableau (or similar BI tools) to create clear, stakeholder‑focused visualizations.
- Strong understanding of healthcare payment workflows, coding systems, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations.
