About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document gaps in current AI models’ understanding of analytics workflows and decision‑making processes.
- Develop and curate high‑quality training datasets that reflect real‑world analytics scenarios across various industries.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to refine model prompts, fine‑tune parameters, and evaluate performance improvements.
- Provide actionable feedback and recommendations to enhance model accuracy, depth, and relevance for analytics applications.
- Maintain clear documentation of training procedures, data sources, and evaluation metrics.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an analytics consultant or in a data‑driven decision‑making role.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and business analytics concepts.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex analytics insights into AI‑friendly formats.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver high‑quality work within a flexible schedule.
- Familiarity with AI training workflows and model evaluation is a plus.
