Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain predictive models for underwriting, pricing, and risk assessment in the Property & Casualty domain.
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Present findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.
- Ensure model validation, documentation, and compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in analytics or data modeling within Property & Casualty insurance.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn) and SQL for data manipulation and model development.
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with predictive modeling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
